Returns & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window: We offer a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (For hygiene reasons, heavily chewed or used pet toys cannot be accepted unless faulty).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and automatically process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
